Complete Confidentiality and Security
Au values the confidentiality of its clients, their products, and all intellectual property. Each of our employees has signed a non-compete, non-disclosure agreement and you can rest assured that your molds and designs are 100% protected. Au welcomes confidentiality agreements from our customers and our client list is never disclosed without permission. In addition, all molds are physically secured in Au’s fireproof, bank-quality vault.

No Commissioned Sales Representatives
When you work with Au, you’ll never have a sales rep hounding you about increasing your order or buying products and services that you just don’t need. You’ll deal directly with the management team whose only concern is responding to your needs. At Au, we’re committed to building lasting, long-term relationships with our customers.

Next Day Turnaround
Au understands that you often encounter situations where speed is of the essence. If you have a limited quantity of a particular item, Au can provide the quickest turnaround time in the industry. If we receive the job before 3:00 p.m. (M-Th), upon request we'll deliver by 3:00 p.m. the following day. Get us the job by Friday, we'll have it out the door on Monday.

Unless otherwise requested, your job will be shipped to you 2 to 3 days from date of receipt at our facility. Special metals may take longer.
