Linus Drogs
Owner and President
Linus Drogs is a nationally respected casting professional with over twenty five years of experience in the field.  He founded Au Enterprises in 1987 and has built it into a leading short-run full-service casting provider.

Linus is frequently  called upon to lecture and lead workshops on a variety of challenging industry topics as well as to write and contribute to technical articles for jewelry trade magazines. He has participated in The Santa Fe Symposium for seventeen consecutive years, including several speaking engagements and the honor of being named an Ambassador for the event. In 2009, Linus was inducted into the Southeastern 24 Karat Club.

Lynn Drogs
Owner and Chief Financial Officer
Lynn Drogs is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Professional Accounting.  Prior to joining Au in 2002, she had a twenty year career in private practice, providing accounting services and consulting to the small business market.

Lynn is responsible for overseeing all financial, administration, and human resource operations of the company.

Thelma Kessler
Operations Director
Thelma Kessler has over 30 years experience working within manufacturing operations. She joined Au in 1999 as an order clerk and quickly became a key player with continually expanding responsibilities.

Thelma is responsible for managing the order process – placement, scheduling, shipping, and customer contact. She’s the “go-to” gal that our customers rely on.
