And whether we’re handling the entire project or just one segment, we’ll assist you in determining the best alloys, casting techniques, and production strategies for the job.

Customized, Turnkey, In-House Manufacturing Services
CAD/CAM mold making, injecting, laser welding, engraving, finishing, and setting—we do it all. To assure maximum control and precision, all services are performed in-house, never outsourced.  And unit pricing means that you can pick and choose from our extensive service menu according to your individual needs.

No In-House Lines of Jewelry
We do not and will not compete with our customers. Period. Because we’re never distracted or influenced by an in-house line of our own, we’re free to devote 100 percent of our attention to you and your products.

Complete Confidentiality and Security
We respect the confidentiality of clients, their products and all intellectual property. Every Au employee has signed a non-compete, non-disclosure agreement, so you can rest assured that your molds and designs are completely protected. We welcome confidentiality agreements from our customers and, as an added precaution, our client list is never disclosed without permission. In addition, all molds are physically secured in Au’s fireproof, bank-caliber vault.

No Commissioned Sales Representatives
We’re committed to building long-term relationships with customers. So when you work with Au, you’ll never have a sales rep hounding you about increasing your order or buying products and services that you don’t need. Instead, you’ll deal directly with our management team, whose only concern is responding to your needs.

Next Day Turnaround
We understand that you often encounter situations where speed is of the essence. When stock of a particular item is running low, Au can provide the quickest turnaround time in the industry. If we receive the job before 3 p.m. (M-Th), we can deliver by 3 p.m. the following day. Get us the job by Friday, and we’ll have it out the door on Monday.

Unless otherwise requested, your job will be shipped to you two to three days date of receipt at our facility. Special metals may take longer.
