Au uses a sophisticated jewelry laser welding process for both assembling and repairing pieces.


Offering far more precision than other techniques, our B&D ALS Laser system allows us to weld spots with diameters as small as .2 millimeters. Heat-sensitive metals present no difficulties and our laser welding enables us to work with materials that traditionally cannot be soldered.


In addition, we are able to weld different metals together and create a purer metallurgical bond without compromising the temper of the metal. Laser welding creates stronger joints with no discoloration, no added materials, and no filler.
