Linus Drogs is a nationally respected casting professional with over twenty five years of experience in the field.  He founded Au Enterprises in 1987 and has built it into a leading short-run, full-service casting provider.

Linus is frequently called upon to lecture and lead workshops on a variety of challenging industry topics as well as to write and contribute to technical articles for jewelry trade magazines. He participated in The Santa Fe Symposium for seventeen consecutive years, including several speaking engagements and the honor of being named an Ambassador for the event. In 2009, Linus was inducted into the Southeastern 24 Karat Club.

In 2022, when the Santa Fe Symposium was retired, Linus spearheaded an effort to continue that culture of information sharing. With the help of a volunteer board, in 2023 Linus launched The Jewelry Symposium for the Advancement of Jewelry Manufacturing Technology.
